Movie Premieres Next Month
Paramount has released a trailer for a gritty drama about brothers titled Jungleland, from filmmaker Max Winkler which stars Charlie Hunnam.
Stanley (Charlie Hunnam) manages his boxer brother Lion (Jack O’Connell) but when a devastating loss in the ring leaves the pair in debt, an opportunity to recoup the cash leads to a series of misadventures that threaten to break the bond between them.

“Stan (Charlie Hunnam) and Lion (Jack O’Connell) are two close brothers struggling to stay relevant in the underground world of bare-knuckle boxing. But when Stan fails to pay back a dangerous crime boss (Jonathon Majors), they’re forced to deliver an unexpected traveller as they journey across the country for a high-stakes fighting tournament. While Stan trains Lion for the fight of his life, a series of events threaten to tear the brothers apart but their love for one another and belief in a better life keep them going in this gripping drama that proves family pulls no punches”
The film premiered to positive reviews at the Toronto International Film Festival in September last year, with reviewers praising the acting, gritty tone and chemistry of the two leads.
Jungleland will be released on Premium VOD beginning November 10th.
