Rian Johnson’s Knives Out is not really the kind of film you’d expect to get much love considering what he was allowed to do to the Star Wars franchise, but the guy still managed to get more work, albeit a return to a smaller scope of film.
There’s a new trailer for Knives Out that has just been released by Lionsgate and you can check it out here:
Here’s the official synopsis:
“When renowned crime novelist Harlan Thrombey is found dead at his estate just after his 85th birthday, the inquisitive and debonair Detective Benoit Blanc is mysteriously enlisted to investigate. From Harlan’s dysfunctional family to his devoted staff, Blanc sifts through a web of red herrings and self-serving lies to uncover the truth behind Harlan’s untimely death.”
The film stars Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, Lakeith Stanfield, Michael Shannon, Ana de Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis, Don Johnson, Toni Collette, and Christopher Plummer.
