We’ve recently published articles on the best 007 posters as well as the best pre-title sequences of the James Bond series.
This time around we’ll go into the best bad girls (emphasis on girls – sorry Rosa Klebb you look like the Sea Hag from Popeye so you and your ilk didn’t make this list) in the series. Sexy, fun and evil, (even if they eventually change sides like Italians in a World War) that’s what we’re talking about.
1. Xenia Onatopp – Goldeneye (1995)
Xenia Onatopp is a fabulously ridiculous character played wonderfully by Famke Jansen that fits perfectly into the world of 007.
Onatopp, a Russian assassin in a post-Cold War world that kills men during sex by using her thunderous thighs to crush the life out of dudes. She gets off on killing and if she can’t use sex to kill she can get her kicks by unloading a machine gun clip into her targets just as well.
2. Fiona Volpe – Thunderball (1965)
Fiona Volpe is a great foil for the 60s era of Bond. She’s like Bond in a lot of ways.
She uses sex to get what she wants, has ice water running through her veins and is undeniably loyal to her employer.
She also is part of one of the best Bond scenes of all time.

3. Elektra King – The World Is Not Enough (1999)
Sophie Marceau’s Elektra King is a great lead villain for Bond.
Rich and powerful she became twisted and evil after being kidnapped, mutilated and raped for a ransom payment. During captivity, she fell in love with her captor and plots revenge against her father and M who convinced his dumbass not to pay the ransom.
4. Pussy Galore – Goldfinger (1964)
Pussy Galore is Goldfinger’s right-hand lesbian until she falls for the seductive skills of Sean Connery’s Bond.
All it takes is a roll in the hay for her to help 007 foil Goldfinger’s evil scheme at Fort Knox.
5. Miranda Frost – Die Another Day (2002)
Miranda Frost is a pretty boring character for a lot of Die Another Day; she’s a good guy helping out Bond. Except she’s really a villain and has been playing Bond and MI6 the whole time.
Once she turns heel, Rosamund Pike really starts to have fun with the character and she’s great fun to watch.
6. Octopussy – Octopussy (1983)
The titular character of Octopussy runs a crime syndicate that buys and sells forged art amongst other things.
She’s really unaware that there is a scheme to start a global conflict until very late in the movie. She helps Bond stop the threat, but there is no indication she really goes straight but keeps her criminal ways intact after getting rogered by Roger Moore on a boat.
7. Naomi – The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)
Naomi is the second most memorable henchman (after Jaws, of course) in this 1977 movie.
She doesn’t have a lot of screentime, but she does have a memorable scene where she tries to kill 007 while flying a helicopter.
8. Helga Brandt – You Only Live Twice (1967)
Helga Brandt aka “Number 11” is a SPECTRE underling that has a penchant for seduction and a knack for torture and interrogation.
One of the coolest things about her is she has a great death scene in which she is munched to pieces by a school of piranha for failing to recognize and kill 007.
9 & 10. Bambi and Thumper – Diamonds Are Forever
Bambi and Thumper are only in Diamonds are Forever briefly, but what they lack in screentime they make up for in memorability, working 007 over pretty well and giving him a decent ass-kicking.
