Dr. Ellie Sattler Spills The Beans
The cast of the original Jurassic Park movie is looking set to reunite for a new movie.
Laura Dern posted on Instagram that she’ll be back for the next installment of the dinosaur franchise.
Here’s the post:
Note how she’s tagged in both her colleagues from that previous trip down to Isla Nublar, Dr. Ian Malcolm and Dr. Alan Grant! Yeah, it would appear that Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill are also set to return.
In response, Sam Neill said:
“reunion on x”
The Jurassic World Tweeter also got in on the casting news:

The trio led the cast in the 1993 blockbuster, directed by Steven Spielberg, which became one of the highest-grossing movies of all time. Dern last appeared in the franchise in Jurassic Park III for a brief cameo as Sattler, which also starred Neill as Grant. Goldblum briefly reprised his role as Malcolm in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
Colin Trevorrow is set to direct Jurassic World 3 and will co-write the script with Emily Carmichael (Pacific Rim Uprising), although plot details are still yet to be revealed. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are both expected to return for the third installment.
Trevorrow recently released short film Battle At Big Rock which picks up one year after Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, depicting the world where dinosaurs live among us.
Jurassic World 3 hits theaters June 11, 2021.
