Here We Go!

The Super Bowl is only a few hours away, but trailers that will be broadcast during the commercials have already started dropping online.

Let’s take a look –

Amazon Prime’s Hunters series follows a band of Nazi hunters who have “set out to stop the Fourth Reich from rising to power in 1970s America.” The show starring Al Pacino will be available on February 21st.

Disney’s live-action adaptation of Mulan has the following synopsis –

“When the Emperor of China issues a decree that one man per family must serve in the Imperial Army to defend the country from Northern invaders, Hua Mulan, the eldest daughter of an honored warrior, steps in to take the place of her ailing father. Masquerading as a man, Hua Jun, she is tested every step of the way and must harness her inner-strength and embrace her true potential. It is an epic journey that will transform her into an honored warrior and earn her the respect of a grateful nation…and a proud father.”

Sonic The Hedgehog

Jim Carrey, clad in a handlebar mustache and aviator goggles, goes head-to-head with Sega character Sonic as Dr. Robotnik in the latest trailer for Paramount’s Sonic The Hedgehog. Based on the Sega video game franchise, the film follows Sonic as he attempts to understand life on Earth.

A Quiet Place: Part II

Paramount also released the trailer for A Quiet Place: Part II, opening similar to the first theatrical trailer — with the dawn of the monster invasion in an extended flashback sequence before jumping beyond the events of the original film.

An Aperitif For Sir?

The big game wouldn’t be complete without the munchies, so here’s a couple of trailers suggesting some half-time refreshments –

Pringles – Rick and Morty

Pringles spot this year stems from a partnership with Adult Swim’s cartoon Rick And Morty. The 30-second ad will air during the second quarter of the game.

Coke Energy – Jonah Hill & Martin Scorsese

Coca-Cola’s new campaign for its energy drink, Coke Energy, debuts during the Super Bowl. Coke’s 60-second spot features Martin Scorcese waiting for a text message back from actor Jonah Hill.

We’ll bring you more Super Bowl trailers over the course of the weekend.
