DC Fandome continued to pump content yesterday, and we at Last Movie Outpost gratefully received it. All this reporting and not once did we have to actually go to a Con! Another entry in the DCEU was revealed, this time in the form of Peacemaker.

Peacemaker

James Gunn led a panel at DC Fandome where he revealed his new HBO Max show, spin-off from The Suicide Squad, all around John Cena’s character of Peacemaker.

Most of the main cast was there to talk about their experiences on set. In line with what the Guardians Of The Galaxy would also say about working with Gunn, most of them talked about how much fun they had.

Included in the panel was the show’s first full trailer. This includes a look at most of the characters. We are not sure about the rumored four-minute dance and fight scene with John Cena in his underpants though, although some may like that sort of thing.

Peacemaker will run for eight-episodes and takes place after the events of The Suicide Squad. It co-stars Steve Agee, Danielle Brooks, Robert Patrick, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma, and Chukwudi Iwuji.

Peacemaker premieres on January 13th on HBO Max.
