The Adventures Of Jesse Pinkman

Netflix has released a trailer for El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie, with Aaron Paul reprising the role of Jesse Pinkman.

Here it is:

Netflix’s official synopsis teases:

“In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future.”

This sequel is written and directed by original Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan and brings back some of the characters from the original AMC TV series, which told the story of terminally ill chemistry teacher Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and his crystal meth empire.

El Camino is set right after the events of Breaking Bad and focuses on what happened to Paul’s Pinkman right after White helped him escape.

The TV series ended in 2013, but the Breaking Bad universe continues to expand. Spin-off prequel Better Call Saul has four seasons under its belt on Netflix. I felt like Breaking Bad ended perfect in every way and I’m not sure what they have to add to it, but since I’m loving Saul, I trust Vince Gilligan.

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie will be released on Netflix 11th October 2019.
