M. Night Shyamalan’s new chiller thriller Knock at the Cabin has got a second trailer. The film follows a family vacationing at a remote New Hampshire cabin. A young girl (Kristen Cui) and her two dads are taken hostage by four armed strangers who come to the cabin and demand that the family make an unthinkable choice to avert the apocalypse.
They have to choose who among the three of them can be sacrificed. No one is allowed to leave until a decision is made.
With limited access to the outside world, the family must decide what is true, what are lies and what to believe before all is lost.
Jonathan Groff (Mindhunter), Ben Aldridge (Pennyworth), Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy), Nikki Amuka-Bird (Old), Abby Quinn (Little Women) and Rupert Grint (the Harry Potter franchise) round out the cast.
Shyamalan directs. He also co-wrote the script with Steve Desmond & Michael Sherman based on Paul Tremblay’s 2018 bestselling novel The Cabin at the End of the World.
Knock At The Cabin is part of Shyamalan’s two-film deal with Universal that included Old.
Knock at the Cabin has already been rated R and is released on February 3rd.
