HBO has used last nights premier of House Of The Dragon, their uber-headline, massive budget prequel to Game Of Thrones, to show off the upcoming slate of new content across their platforms.

All of these shows are planned to arrive in the Fall and throughout 2023. The fast moving show reel includes the first clips from the second season of The White Lotus, The White House Plumbers and Love and Death.

HBO

The Idol, His Dark Materials season 3, Avenue 5 season 2, and Los Espookys season 2 all get a look in alongside such content as Gossip Girl, Rap Sh!t, and The Sex Lives Of College Girls with the latter three shows in the bracket of “probably not made for us”.

Better news comes in the form of Succession season 4, Barry, more Hacks, more Warrior and more The Righteous Gemstones. Tokyo Vice, Our Flag Means Death, The Gilded Age, Winning Time and Perry Mason are all getting another season, along with glimpses of many other shows. The trailer also seemed to confirm a fourth season of Doom Patrol.

The big news will be, of course, our first good look at the upcoming adaption of The Last Of Us. This gets the big slot at the end of the trailer and shows us Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey in action as Joel and Ellie.

The team behind the show is the team behind Chernobyl and they have promised show’s scripts borrow dialogue directly from the game. Filming for the series took place in Alberta, Canada, from July 2021 to June 2022.

The first episode of The Last Of Us is expected on January 1st 2023.
