“He Came Home!”
Blumhouse’s reboot of the Halloween franchise has added a familiar character. Tommy Doyle will be making a return. Doyle’s character hasn’t been seen since the sixth movie in the franchise, and Anthony Michael Halli has been cast to play him in Halloween Kills.
Doyle first appeared in the original Halloween (1978), he was one of the kids being babysat by Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) the night Michael Myers terrorises the neighbourhood. More recently, Paul Rudd played the character in Halloween: The Curse Of Michael Myers when he starred opposite Donald Pleasance’s, Dr. Loomis.

John Carpenter Returns To Score
Franchise creator John Carpenter who has regularly scored the music for his films, will be composing the score for both Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends, he said:
“I loved it, It was a lot of fun. And I’ll do the score, do a new score. That’s always fun.”
Kills is set to be the sequel to the 2018 movie which will see the return of Curtis, Judy Greer, and Andi Matichak. David Gordon Green is returning to direct Kills as well as the third installment.
As I’ve mentioned before, the 2018 movie was awful, I mean a proper disappointment. It felt very much like a “painting by numbers” slasher film. I won’t pay to watch anymore of these in theaters, I ain’t getting burned again.
Halloween Kills will debut on October 16, 2020, and Halloween Ends will arrive the following year on October 15.
