20th Century has released the first official trailer for the upcoming Bob’s Burgers Movie which is to be released this May.
Unfortunately, things aren’t going so great for the Belcher family business in the movie. Linda is attempting to advertise a Bob’s Burgers stand outside of the Wonder Wharf by wearing a bikini over Gene’s burger suit and dancing.
A huge sinkhole has opened up right in front of the restaurant, making it impossible to get to the entrance.

The official synopsis reads:
“The story begins when a ruptured water main creates an enormous sinkhole right in front of Bob’s Burgers, blocking the entrance indefinitely and ruining the Belchers’ plans for a successful summer.”
“While Bob and Linda struggle to keep the business afloat, the kids try to solve a mystery that could save their family’s restaurant. As the dangers mount, these underdogs help each other find hope and fight to get back behind the counter, where they belong.”
Creator Loren Bouchard previously explained that The Bob’s Burgers Movie would:
“scratch every itch the fans of the show have ever had”
While also saying that the plot would still make sense for:
“all the good people who’ve never seen the show”
All the originals will be present for the movie, Bob (H. Jon Benjamin), Linda (John Roberts), Tina (Dan Mintz), Louise (Kristen Schaal), Gene (Eugene Mirman), Teddy (Larry Murphy) and Mr. Fischoeder (Kevin Kline).
The Bob’s Burgers Movie is scheduled to be released on May 27th.
