Movie Premieres Next Month

A trailer has been released for the Russo Brothers’ new movie Cherry that stars Endgame’s Tom Holland as an army medic who suffers from PTSD.

Based on Nico Walker’s novel of the same name, Cherry comes from the name of the movie’s protagonist (Holland), an army medic who suffers from PTSD following his experiences in the Middle East and comes home only to spiral into drug addiction and crime.

Joe and Anthony Russo unveiled the teaser on their Twitter account –

The official synopsis for Cherry reads –

“The wild journey of a disenfranchised young man from Ohio who meets the love of his life, only to risk losing her through a series of bad decisions and challenging life circumstances.”

There’s no word yet on when fans can expect an official trailer for Cherry to be released, however, a bunch of character posters have been released –

Starring alongside Holland is Ciara Bravo, Jack Reynor, Michael Rispoli, Jeff Wahlberg, Forrest Goodluck, and Many Saints Of Newark’s Michael Gandolfini.

Cherry is coming to theaters February 26th and to Apple TV+ on March 12th.
