Just when you thought the clowns in charge of Star Wars couldn’t get anymore out of touch with Star Wars fans, they go and create a ‘Star Wars inspired’ cocktail that will set you back $5,000.
The beverage is being offered aboard the Star Wars Hyperspace Lounge, a theme bar aboard the Disney Wish, the newest cruise ship in their fleet of pleasure barges.

The Hyperspace Lounge
The Hyperspace Lounge is billed as a “space-jumping tour” of the galaxy with an immersive section featuring high-end bar styled as an intergalactic yacht in the vein of Dryden Vos’ ship in Solo: A Star Wars Story.
Apparently it’s a family attraction during the day but adults only at night. When they say ‘families’ I think it’s safe to say they mean wealthy families. Not the average family who bought all the toys and merch for the last 40 years and made Star Wars what it is.
Throughout their stay, guests will witness the ship exploring the galaxy, including the Republic, Empire and First Order, with hyperspace jumps flashing on screens behind the cast members.
Famous ships from Batuu, Tatooine, Mustafar, and Coruscant will also bypass the “window” behind the bar with accompanying surround-sound audio and a holo-tube that projects models of nearby craft.

The Cocktail
The cocktail which is named the Kaiburr Crystal drink recently appeared in a video on social media. It arrives at the table encased inside a camtono (the security container used for storing valuables in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett) and is unveiled with a touch of a button and a twist of the rotary cylindric handle.

For $5k, I would want a hot woman dressed as Slave Leia bringing the drink to my table and then giving me a lap dance whilst I sip it over the course of an entire day.

Out Of Touch
Families across the world are struggling with rising fuel prices and the general cost of living, so with this cruise, the $5k cocktail as well as the $3,000 a night stay at the Galactic Starcruiser, it’s safe to say Disney seems to really have no idea how the real world works.
Shocking really when you consider the company and the mouth breathers that work for them are constantly lecturing us, the little people, on how we should live our lives. And let’s be honest, if you spend $5000 on this cocktail, it doesn’t make you look impressive, it makes you a dick.
