The Karate Kid Saga Will Continue

YouTube Red has announced that season 3 of their hit series, Cobra Kai, has been delayed until later this year due to the pandemic.

As of now, there is no official announcement for the release date. The premiere of the new series was to start this week, but due to the pandemic, everything is delayed for months.

We can now expect the release date at the end of December 2020 or early 2021. We will update this page as soon as some official news becomes official.

There is still no official trailer except the announcement teaser which was uploaded almost a year ago –

The ending of Cobra Kai’s second season saw tragedy strike both Dojos and Johnny’s career as a Sensei was turned on its head. Daniel didn’t exactly come out of things looking great either.

Ralph Macchio and William Zabka will both return for the third season, that includes Martin Kove as well. Along with Xolo MaridueƱa, Mary Mouser, Tanner Buchanan, and Jacob Bertrand.

There is still no word if Elisabeth Shue will be joining the cast. The final shot of the Cobra Kai season 2 finale included a tease for her character from The Karate Kid, Ali Mills Schwarber.

While YouTube did make the first two seasons of Cobra Kai available to stream for free for a time, that’s no longer the case. We’ll bring you more details about the third season when we get them.
