Kenneth Branagh returns as Hercule Poirot once again. He follows his directing and starring role from Murder On The Orient Express with the same duties once again. The Academy Award nominee works with 20th Century Fox and Ridley Scott’s Scott Free Productions to bring the classic Agatha Christie tale Death On The Nile to the big screen.

In the middle of an exotic and glamorous river cruise through the treasures of Egypt on a luxury steamer, Hercule Poirot finds himself embroiled in the hunt for a murderer as a obsessive lust causes violent deaths.

Gal Gadot, Armie Hammer, Annette Bening, Letitia Wright, Russell Brand, Dawn French, Jennifer Saunders, Rose Leslie, Tom Bateman, Sophie Okonedo, Emma Mackey and Ali Fazal all co-star in the film which opens in cinemas on October 23rd.

This release pattern, with limited publicity then an explosion with trailers, posters, confirmed release dates all arriving at once, is going to be common for a while as studios rush out product as theaters re-open.
